By accessing this website or submitting a product enquiry, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of an institution, company, or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms govern all interactions between you and Genome Valley Lab Supplies, a firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, operating as the authorized Indian distributor of bioWORLD, USA.

Our products and services are intended exclusively for institutional and commercial customers in India, including but not limited to research laboratories, academic institutions, hospitals and diagnostic centres, and pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies. We do not supply products for personal, household, or consumer use.

By placing an enquiry, you confirm that the products requested will be used for legitimate scientific research, diagnostic, or industrial purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian regulations governing the procurement and use of biological and chemical reagents.

Genome Valley Lab Supplies is an authorized distributor. All products are sourced directly from bioWORLD, USA and are subject to manufacturer availability, export regulations, and import clearance requirements.

Product listings, catalog numbers, and descriptions on this website are provided for reference only. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry for products that are unavailable, discontinued, restricted for import into India, or otherwise outside our current supply capability. We will inform you promptly if a requested product cannot be sourced.

All products supplied are intended for in-vitro research and industrial use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. No product should be used for in-vivo diagnostic or therapeutic purposes in humans without appropriate regulatory approvals.

4.1 Submitting an enquiry

Submitting a product enquiry form on this website does not constitute a purchase order or binding contract. It is a request for a formal quotation.

4.2 Quotation

We will endeavour to send you a formal written quotation. Quotations are issued in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST and Shipping Charges, and are prepared on official company letterhead.

4.3 Quotation validity

All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise on the document. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations (products are priced in USD by the manufacturer), import duties, or changes in GST rates.

4.4 Acceptance of quotation

Invoice is created only when you explicitly confirm acceptance of a quotation in writing (by email or a formal purchase order) and we acknowledge that confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise a quotation before such confirmation is received.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST (CGST + SGST or IGST) will be added to invoices based on the place of supply.

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice and are subject to mutual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in advance or prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders where payment terms are not met. Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and cheque are our accepted payment methods.

Currency conversion rates (USD to INR) used in quotations are indicative and based on prevailing market rates at the time of quotation. If there is a significant change in exchange rates between quotation and order confirmation, we reserve the right to revise the INR price accordingly, with prior notice to you.

We deliver across India (PAN-India). Estimated delivery times are 15–20 business days from confirmation of order and receipt of advance payment, though actual timelines may vary depending on manufacturer dispatch schedules, customs clearance, and courier logistics.

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that receiving facilities at your institution can accept and store such shipments appropriately. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the courier.

Delivery charges, if any, will be specified in the quotation. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance, natural events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Given the nature of products that we ship, returns are not accepted once products have left our custody, unless the product is defective or was supplied in error on our part.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, materially different from what was ordered, or accompanied by a certificate of analysis indicating it did not meet the manufacturer's specifications, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will coordinate with bioWORLD, USA to arrange a replacement, subject to the manufacturer's own quality-assurance policy.

Refunds are not applicable for these products as per our manufacturer's policy.

All product names, catalog numbers, technical datasheets, certificates of analysis, and other documentation supplied with or as part of an order remain the intellectual property of bioWORLD, USA. They are provided solely for the Customer's internal reference and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used in published work without the manufacturer's express written permission (subject to standard academic citation practices).

The content of this website — including text, layout, and branding — is the property of Genome Valley Lab Supplies and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

Genome Valley Lab Supplies is a distributor, not a manufacturer. We make no independent warranties regarding the fitness of any product for a specific research application. Product performance is governed by the manufacturer's specifications and accompanying documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of research data, failed experiments, or lost profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety requirements governing their receipt, storage, handling, and use at your facility. This includes biosafety regulations, chemical safety rules, and any licences required for specific reagent classes.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or submission of enquiries after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers by email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with Genome Valley Lab Supplies shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by written notice. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
